Overview:
Jill is on her way to Lincoln, Nebraska to deal her form of justice to a man named Miguel. In her pursuit of justice for his victims, Jill will find what she feels is corruption in the form of a serving judge. While Miguel is her target, she has a nagging desire to send a message to soft-serving judges who keep giving men like Miguel too many chances to go back out and spit their evil onto innocent people.
